Everyone is welcome—we look forward to share this beautiful day with you!

Gates Open at 9:15am at our training venue in Newcastle West.

9:30am - Free Zenthai Flow style community yoga class with Sonia and all of the graduating therapists.

11am - 1st 30 minute Zenthai sessions will be offered by our graduating therapists—for $30!

11:30am - 2nd 30 minute Zenthai sessions will be offered by our graduating therapists—for $30!

12pm - Heart Ceremony of Song with special guests.

We will have delicious chai and homemade cake available, our garden space will welcome you to enjoy the outdoor area where you can connect with others.

All proceeds going to a meaningful cause!

No bookings required before hand, just show up. Bookings for the 30 minute Zenthai Treatments can be made either before the yoga class, or straight after.
